Aleatory Poetry

Aleatory Poetry is my first ever poetry collection, and, with over 50 poems, it’s a pretty big one. Each poem is accompanied by a colour image, and the whole book is rather beautiful. If you’re looking for emotional, abstract poetry, Aleatory Poetry is for you. There is a half-first-draft (as I’m calling it) currently on Wattpad, but the finished print version really stands out and shows a lot of progression. Aleatory means random, usually relating to chance or the throw of a dice, and that’s really what you get here. Everything has emotion behind it. But the poems themselves are unique; every page is a new experience.

Aleatory Poetry

Genre: Poetry

A collection of over 50 poems by an up-and-coming teenage author, covering a wide range of topics from love, to mental health, to coffee. This is an interesting, perceptive insight into the teenage mind, in the form of abstract and free verse poetry, written and collected over several years.

Praise For Aleatory Poetry

“This is so beautiful… I really hope you never stop writing poetry.” – StrangerAndCuriouser, Wattpad

Booksie Exclusive Complete eBook Edition

This text is identical to the original print edition of Aleatory Poetry, except that some poems originally printed in two parts have been joined together for ease of reading, resulting in a technically lower overall number of poems.

Author’s Note: Having returned to these poems approximately seven years after they were first published, I realised that they perfectly capture all of the random emotions, thoughts and feelings of being a teenager. Therefore, for this exclusive complete eBook edition, I haven’t altered a single word – this is angsty teenage chaos in all its glory.
